Dr. Jameiko Harvey
CEO / CHIEF DENTAL SURGEON
Born in South Caicos and grew up in Pepper Town, Bottle Creek, North Caicos, Dr. Jameiko Harvey is a dedicated Husband and Father. With a vision to transform dentistry in the Turks & Caicos Islands, Dr. Harvey is committed to reducing the barriers to accessing adequate oral health care and has assembled the most dynamic and versatile team the country has ever seen.
He is a graduate of Meharry Medical College, School of Dentistry in Nashville, Tennessee. Dr. Harvey graduated with a number of awards and finished with a number two (2) ranking in a class of fifty-two (52). Dr. Harvey is a member of The American DentalAssociation (ADA) and is licensed to practice dentistry in the Turks & Caicos Islands and in the State of Florida. Dr. Harvey served on The Turks and Caicos Islands Health Practitioners Board both as a member and as a former Chairman. During his tenure with the Turks & Caicos Islands Government (TCIG) he held the positions of Dental Officer and as also The Chief Dental Officer. Currently, Dr. Harvey serves as the Vice President of the Turks & Caicos Islands Medical & Dental Association. In his spare time, Dr. Harvey mentors the next generation of health care professionals for the Turks & Caicos Islands through a Clinic Exploration Program that originally began through his vision and leadership. Mrs. Shenika Harvey
COO / CFO
Born and raised on the beautiful Grand Turk in the Turks & Caicos Islands, Mrs. Shenika Harvey is a proud mother of 3 and the Co-Owner of Paradise Smiles Ltd., alongside her husband Dr. Jameiko Harvey.
Mrs. Harvey holds two Master's Degrees; a Master of Science in Public Health (MSPH) acquired in 2010 from Meharry Medical College, School of Graduate Studies and Research in Nashville, Tennessee and a Master of Accounting acquired in 2024 from Nova Southeastern University in Davie, Florida.
As both the Chief Operating Officer and the Chief Financial Officer for Paradise Smiles’ five locations, she has a proven track record of enhancing operational efficiency and driving strategic growth, and plays a pivotal role in ensuring that the company delivers exceptional patient care while maintaining a profitable and sustainable practice. Her leadership is characterized by a commitment to excellence, innovation, and a patient-centered approach. Mrs. Harvey believes that a successful dental practice is built on strong relationships, both with patients and within the team, and is committed to fostering an environment where everyone can thrive.

Dr. Anyelina Fermin
GENERAL DENTIST/ORTHODONTICS & COSMETICS
Meet Dr. Anyelina Fermin, a dedicated General Dentist with a passion for Orthodontics. Born and trained in the Dominican Republic, Dr. Fermin has over 8 years of experience in the dental field. Dr. Fermin strives to provide comprehensive dental care that enhances both oral health and smiles. Dr. Fermin likes to create a comfortable and welcoming environment for all of her patients while delivering exceptional dental services. Her approach combines general dentistry with orthodontic expertise, allowing her to provide comprehensive care tailored to each patient’s unique needs. Her favorite saying is, "Teeth are always in style.”
Dr. Phede Selme
ORAL & MAXILLOFACIAL SURGEON
Dr. Phede Selme joined the team as our resident Maxillofacial and Reconstructive surgeon. He graduated from Dental school in Cuba and has over fifteen years of experience. Dr. Selme previously worked as an Associated Professor at the Dental school of Haiti and was a Consultant Maxillofacial Surgeon at Haiti’s main hospital.
Dr. Selme’s presence allows us to provide in house referrals for all complex cases such as impacted wisdom teeth, all aspects of oral surgery, sinus grafting, hard and soft tissue grafting, suspected cancers, temporomandibular joint surgery and all aspects of oral medicine. Having Dr. Selme on island permanently allows us the capability to treat almost all surgical procedures at our practice without the need for patients to travel out of country.
Dr. Selme, in addition to his native language Creole, is fluent in French, Spanish, and English. He has a high aptitude for teamwork, mastery of interpersonal relations and a strong sense of responsibility and motivation. His favourite quote is, "A great dentist never gets on your nerves."
Rondy Laulys
DENTAL THERAPIST
With over 15 years of experience as a Dental Therapist, Rondy is dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care to his patients. He is a big advocate of preventative dental care and works closely with patients to promote oral health and Hygiene. Rondy’s favorite saying is, "You don’t have to brush all your teeth - just the ones you want to keep.”
Michael Reid
DENTAL THERAPIST
Michael, affectionately called Mike is a Dental Therapist with over 20 years of experience in the field, providing care to children and adults. Mike treats all of his patients as Celebrities and provides them with the best treatment available.
Mike is cool, calm, gentle, understanding, compassionate and most of all professional. Mike takes his precious time to see that his patients receive the Best dental care possible. He is a strong advocate for optimal oral and dental health for all. Mike believes effective tooth brushing and flossing are essential for good oral health and dental visits every 6 months. Mike’s favorite saying is, "If you don't have Teeth, your Gums will feel the Heat.”

SCHEDULING COORDINATOR

With over 15 years of experience as a Dental Therapist Rhonda plays a crucial role in ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and service. Rhonda is passionate about creating a welcoming environment and is committed to making your visit as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Michelle Steele-Dunkley
DENTAL HYGIENIST
Michelle is a registered dental hygienist (RDH) from Jamacia with over 20 years of experience. An educator/change agent who – assesses, diagnose, plans, implements and evaluates treatment for prevention. Michelle is very keen on intervention and control of gum disease such as gingivitis, periodontal disease and other oral health problems by collaborating with the other team members.
Michelle’s main goal is making effective change, to create happy informed patients with beautiful smiles and maintaining those smiles, while enjoying their best oral health care. Michelle’s favourite quote is, “Lying through your teeth doesn’t count as flossing.”
Divine Diaz
LAB TECHNICIAN
Divine aka “The Magician” is a dedicated and skilled dental lab technician with over 10 years of experience in the dental industry. Her passion for dental technology and commitment to quality craftmanship allows her to create high quality dental restorations that enhance both aesthetics and functionality. Divine is proficient in CAD/CAM technology and digital dentistry. Her expertise is in fabricating crowns, bridges, dentures, and orthodontics appliances. Divine prides herself for her attention to detail and her ability to work closely with dentists to ensure that each restoration meets specific needs. Divine’s favorite saying is, "A good dentist makes a good impression.“
