It gives us great pleasure to introduce Paradise Smiles Dental Savings Plan. These in-house dental savings plans offer affordable care to all of our patients for one low annual membership fee or a monthly fee.
These plans were developed especially for patients who do not have dental insurance. As regular dental care is an integral part of your overall health, we have created these plans to support you, your family, and your organization in your efforts. We hope that you utilize these plans to improve and maintain the oral health for yourself and your family, and your organization, for years to come. These plans CAN be combined with any other dental insurance or financing programs.
The membership fee is due in full at the time of application submission.
All payments are non-refundable. No refunds of fees will be issued at any time if participant decides not to utilize the plan.

Membership fee and plan discounts are subject to change (Members will be given notice prior to any change of fees).
Paradise Smiles Ltd. Dental Office reserves the right to cancel or discontinue this plan for any reason at the end of the membership term.

Additional Benefits
Pharmacy Discounts (Open Formulary): Pay less for your prescriptions. The pharmacy discount program helps you pay (5% on average) less for both generic and brand-name prescriptions.
Roadside Assistance: When you have a flat tire, a dead battery, or you lock your keys in the car, you need help. As a member of this program, you simply call our mobile office number anytime, and an experienced service technician will be sent out to help get you back on the road.
Legal Assistance Services: Find yourself needing a lawyer or need legal advice; your membership plan can save you up to 20% off your legal fees. Simply call our office mobile number anytime to received details to a list of experienced law firms
